The Phantoms are finally being cast. Who’d have thought Christmas would slow things down so much…. Anyway, I’ll have stock in about a week. There are a few changes from the previous pictures, mostly the large vented blob on the front has been replaced with a Crystal, similar to and in keeping with the Wraithbike.
Stock of Widow Drones will be arriving shortly also.
…I’ve done a quicky paint job to show them off.

Here’s a few things I’m working upon. First, the command upgrade for wraithbikes. There will be a weapon upgrade as well, but this is all I have for the time being.
Next, the close combat upgrade. This is just a mockup to test the concept,using bits from the widow drones. I’ll refine this idea and sculpt it properly shortly.
…and here’s something which hasn’t left the basic concept stage, but I think will be a lot of fun. Probably about 80- 90mm tall overall, assuming the use of a slightly modified widow drone head.
And, because folks have asked for it, a comparison pic between the overall size of the wraithbike and phantom.
The Phantom still need some serious work on details yet, So I’ve delayed the release a bit. That’s a 40mm base in the picture.
Well, I seem to be taking more orders than I can handle at the moment. Which is a good thing, I guess. But I’m all out of Wraithbikes again. I’ve just placed a new order, but I’m not sure when they’ll be in, mostly because of Christmas. I’ll keep things updated here. So, if you are wondering where your order is and I’ve not contacted you, please be a little patient as my poor cash flow, or lack thereof, attempts to keep up.
UPDATE: I’ll have stock again probably two days before Christmas, depending on how horribly screwed the post is. Anyway, First paid, best dressed. I should have the pauldrons about the same time.

It’s not Quite done yet, so a work in progress, if you will. But you Can see the Significant changes between this and the Type I, which is now retired. I Have at the time of writing 12 in stock.
It still need the blue exhaust and a bunch of wee details, but you get the picture, hopefully

Nearly done. Need a bit of cleaning up, then off to the casters. I’m not sure if these will be for sale or not yet.The picture is shopped a bit, ‘cos I screwed up the original pic by cropping too much and then enlarging it again, making it look like it was covered in crumbs. Anyway, I’m out of light today so this will have to do.

I’m doing five slightly different ones so there will be a bit of variety too.
Some weeks back I was asked to sculpt a limited edition figure for a Large local Warhammer 40K tournament. Now, I’m not normally a 28mm kind of guy, and prefer to sculpt larger. It follows, therefore, that I’m also not the greatest 28mm sculptor in the world. The challenge was to tempting and the subject was too much fun to resist.
I invested in some greenstuff, which is a bit odd for me as I normally use apoxie sculpt as I can carve and sand to my hearts content. it’s also easier to blend one piece into another. It doesn’t, however, push around and shape quite as easily as Greenstuff.
Anyway, here he is,’Barry” in all his glory.
He’s limited edition, and at the moment only available to attendees of the Arcanacon tournament, but there’s talk of general release, so, if you want one and cannot attend you’ll need to Email 40k@arcanacon.org and express your interest.
